Billing Policy:

We charge the price of the shirt plus shipping as calculated and shown in your cart.  No other charges will be applied.  We process payments through PayPal's SSL secured offsite transaction processing engine.  We do not store customer credit card information.  Your transaction with T Shirt Joy is safe! PayPal accepts PayPal payments directly, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.  You'll be taken to the PayPal site where you *do not* need to register an account if you don't have one.  You can pay one time by credit card by choosing the "Don't have a PayPal account option".

Privacy Policy:

Feel confident in your purchase from T Shirt Joy, we will never share your data with anyone! Your financial transaction and all payment details are private and secured through PayPal (we do not store any credit card details on our website, that is handled strictly on PayPal.)

The only data we store is your address (of course for shipping details, so we can get the order to you). As well as your email address so that we can send you a confirmation/receipt upon purchase. This information is safely stored using our SSL certificate. 

An SSL Certificate creates a secure link between a website and a visitor's browser. By ensuring that all data passed between the two remains private and secure, SSL encryption prevents hackers from stealing private information such as credit card numbers, names and addresses.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

Buyers are responsible for returning any shirts they are defective in original packaging and in new condition. You will be refunded 100% for the t shirt.

All our products are made-to-order which means your shirts are custom printed just for you! For this reason, we can only offer a full refund for defective/poor quality orders. Therefore if you have wrongly given us your size or if you order a size, receive that size but are not happy with the fit.. These are not grounds for a full refund. We can take back t shirts that do not fit or you simply changed your mind with a $7 restocking fee.T Shirt Joy offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy.

For a more detailed return policy or more information please contact us by email support@tshirtjoy.com and we will gladly provide you with your options as well as the address to which your items should be returned. Upon receipt, T Shirt Joy will refund your purchase.
