What is your return policy?

T Shirt Joy accepts returned items purchased on www.tshirtjoy.com within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a refund via the original payment method for the price of the item and applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs.

• All merchandise must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn and with tags attached) and in the original packaging
• T Shirt Joy does not accept any exchanges
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges

Please contact support@tshirtjoy.com if you would like to return your product, request a replacement, or request a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How soon will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally paid with (Accepted payment methods include; PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). If we are unable to refund you in the original currency, or your primary currency, you will be refunded in US dollars (USD). We will notify you once we receive and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Upon inspection you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days
